What a Customer Operations Manager at Landoop brings:

As a Landooper in Customer Operations’, you will bring passion for running the company smoothly and effectively. The ideal Customer Operations member will be a real problem-solver, a team player and joyful part of the team, willing to get his hands dirty and wear multiple hats with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, establishing robust operational processes and reassuring our team’s productivity. In addition to that, we love people who are not scared of getting out of their comfort zone, with an out-of-the-box, innovative mentality. You will be the reason why our customers love using our product, so you must have a customer first focus perspective. After all it’s our customers’ satisfaction that drives us to success in combination with our highly skilled, result-oriented team

A Day for our Customer Operations at Landoop includes:

  • Take care of receivables and payables
  • Purchase services and/or products that needed by our team
  • Travel arrangement for our team members
  • Set up a help desk and be the front line support agent for our customers
  • Follow up with customer leads and don't drop any sale opportunity
  • Make sure we deliver stellar customer support
  • Coordinate with the engineering team and update accordingly customer support tickets, documentation or the helpdesk

The ideal Customer Operations Manager at Landoop must have:

  • Previous experience in admin or support
  • A good understanding of business processes
  • Great use of collaboration tools like Slack, Google Docs, Calendar, Asana
  • Be perfect in organising itineraries
  • Willingness to learn new skills and deep dive into challenging technical product
  • Self-managed with the ability to work effectively with remote team
  • Excellent spoken / written communication in English
  • Previous startup experience
  • Experience in supporting software products.
  • Knowledge of popular support systems like Zendesk, Helpshift, Desk, Zoho or Salesforce Support Cloud
  • Knowledge of accounting software like Xero or Quickbooks.
